What Is Breathwork ?
Breathwork is a 3 part active breathing pattern all done through the mouth.
As you use your breath you release stuck energy, worry, and fear.
Through this rhythmic breath you connect you more fully with your spirit creating a feeling of profound peace, clarity, and connection.
What Is Holy Fire Reiki?
Reiki is the energy of pure unconditional love.
It instills a profound feeling of peace, relaxes and balances the nervous system, and clears the energy centers known as chakras.
It works physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually all at once.
Holy Fire Reiki heals deeply on a cellular level.
It helps the recipient feel more empowered, and deepens one’s ability to connect to their intuition.
