How This Works:
No. 01 | We begin the session with your intention, followed by Breathwork, then Holy Fire Reiki and relaxation, closing with a conversation of what came up for you and helpful steps to support your current needs and goals.
No. 2 | We will discuss what you experienced along with any epiphanies you uncovered. I will then share with you any insights that came through to assist you in your growth and evolution.
No. 3 | You will leave feeling more confident, at peace and inspired, knowing your exact next steps.

Breathwork is a 3 part active breathing pattern all done through the mouth. As you use your breath you release stuck energy, worry, and fear. Through this rhythmic breath you connect you more fully with your spirit creating a feeling of profound peace, clarity, and connection.

It instills a profound feeling of peace, relaxes and balances the nervous system, and clears the energy centers known as chakras.
