What This Entails

Intention setting:

  • Set your intention for the session. Think about what you want for the year ahead individually as well as as a couple.

Breathwork & Holy Fire Reiki

  • Use your breath to clear through heavy energy and expand your ability to receive. This practice gets you out of the head and into the heart letting compassion lead. As you do this practice often things are cleared away so that you have a fresh perspective as a couple and individually. Doing this work together will create lasting change for both of you.

  • Relax and receive the powerful healing of Holy Fire Reiki to assist in the integration process.

Share & Reflect

  • Have the chance to chat with your partner at the end as well as with the group to integrate and solidify your energy for the year ahead.
